Dave Stanley
Lead Pastor - Ministry Training and Counseling
Dave served as youth and associate pastor at FBC Ark City in the 1990s before becoming a lead pastor in Riverside, California where he served for 11 years. He returned to FBC Ark City as lead pastor in 2010. Dave earned a Bachelor of Education from Kansas State University, a Master of Divinity from Central Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Master of Human Resource Management from National University.

Matt Allen
Associate Pastor - Worship & Youth
Matt is from Long Beach, California where he pursued careers in instrumental music, law enforcement, and golf before arriving in Arkansas City in 2012. He has been youth pastor at FBC Ark City since 2013 and associate pastor since 2017. He teaches Junior High Bible at Ark City Christian Academy.
